How a meetup works
The calmest way to buy on Znovo: see the item with your own eyes first, then pay.
Agree in the chat
Agree the time and place in the Znovo chat. The thread stays in the app, and it's what we can look at if something goes wrong. You can note the meeting time on the order. It's optional, but it lets whoever turned up record a no-show.
Meet somewhere busy
In daylight, by a metro station, in a café or a shopping centre. For something big or expensive, bring someone with you.
Take your time inspecting it
Switch it on, check what's in the box, compare it with the photos and the description. Any defects should be the ones the listing mentions. If they aren't, you owe nothing.
Pay the seller directly
Cash or a transfer, whichever you agree between you. Znovo never holds your money and will never ask you to send it to us.
Tap “It happened”
Once the item is with the buyer, either of you taps “It happened” and the other taps “Yes, confirm”. The order closes when you both confirm. No codes needed.
When to be careful
Asked to prepay to “hold” it until the meetup? Pulled into another messenger, sent a payment link or asked for an SMS code? Don't pay, and stay in the Znovo chat. That's the conversation we can look at.
